Our Valued Trade Partners

Bellavista is already enacting measures to ensure the safety and health of our Subcontractors, Trade Partners and Vendors in the face of the Coronavirus outbreak. These new measures, which include increased hygiene, limiting crews working in any home to one team, and halting group gatherings and in-person meetings of workers. Specific guidelines will be posted in every project under construction.

Bellavista’s Family of Employees

At Bellavista, the health and wellness of our dedicated Team Members remains a top priority, and we are equally concerned about ensuring the utmost personal safety of our team.

Main Office: Bellavista has encouraged all employees who work in our main office to work from home in order to comply with social distancing recommendations. We have also eliminated non-essential travel, limited visitors to our offices, and moved in-person meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these measures will help to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.

Construction: Our Construction Team Members are the heartbeat of our company. When it seems like the rest of the world is shutting down, we are fortunate to be able to continue our critical field operations with team members who are nearly isolated from people. We are deeply appreciative of their continued dedication and hard work making sure we keep moving forward producing our world class, award-winning projects.

We are all learning how to continue life and business as normal, during these challenging times. Bellavista would like to express our sincere well-wishes to you and your families. And, to those on the front lines who are caring for people already affected, we wish you health and wellness. Together, we will prevail.
